本地8月份的非有地私宅租金指數持续上扬,起了0.2%至112.2。分析师表示,租金上扬显示市场已经趋向稳定。根据新加坡房地产联合交易网SRX公布的租金预估资料显示,8月份的租金和7月份的租金指数从112.0上涨至112.2。
