Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR)

Introduced in June 2013, the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) serves to encourage more prudent borrowing. TDSR stipulates that your total monthly debt cannot exceed more than 60% of your gross monthly salary.
